Der flache Brenner-Ring von HOT WOK stabilisiert Töpfe mit flachem Boden und sorgt für eine gleichmäßige Wärmeverteilung. Besonders geeignet für den HOT WOK Hot Stone und die HOT WOK Grillpfanne, um optimale Kochergebnisse zu erzielen.
Dieser Brenner-Ring lässt sich einfach mit dem originalen Brenner-Ring austauschen und ist ausschließlich kompatibel mit dem HOT WOK ORIGINAL Gasbrenner.
Hergestellt aus langlebigem Gusseisen, garantiert der HOT WOK Brenner-Ring eine lang anhaltende Leistung und Zuverlässigkeit.
Care and Use of Cast Iron and Carbon Steel Products
Avoid cleaning with soap, as it can damage the natural surface.
Heat the pan or plate gradually and avoid sudden temperature changes to prevent warping.
Carbon steel and cast iron products must not be used for acidic foods such as tomatoes, wine, citrus, or vinegar, and should not be used for food storage.
Acids can react with the material and cause unwanted release of iron.
To maintain the natural protective non-stick surface, always clean and dry the product after use, and apply a thin layer of oil before storing.
All HOT WOK cast iron and carbon steel products are safe for food contact and comply with current EU regulations when used as instructed.
